This study evaluates measurement uncertainty in ovarian cancer-related tumor markers, including CA 125, HE4, and ROMA, to establish more reliable ranges for interpreting laboratory results. Analysis of real patient data found that approximately 4–6% of results fell within borderline ranges, where a single measurement may not provide a reliable risk assessment. The findings suggest that incorporating measurement uncertainty into clinical interpretation could improve diagnostic reliability and support better treatment and patient-management decisions.
